Hello there, I’m Angela. I am the owner and lead creative director over here at Elite. I am so glad you are interested in getting to know me. I can’t wait to get to know you!
I believe the best experts in this creative industry are the people who continue to grow and educate themselves. Learning and growing are two things I’m really passionate about. It’s been a long journey of learning and growing professionally that got me here.
How I Got Started.
I started my career journey many years ago as a paralegal. While working in a small Hudson Valley law firm, I met many amazing business owners in the wedding and hospitality industries. It’s what sparked my interest in a more creative career. I found myself wanting to learn more about hospitality and completed a B.S. degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a Preston Bailey wedding design certification. Shortly after that, I decided it was time to start my own business, and Elite was born.
When I first started planning weddings, I realized quickly I was drawn more towards places that allowed couples to be more creative and have something more than a cookie-cutter ballroom wedding. I was inspired by the beauty of the unique Hudson Valley properties that allowed couples to host multiple days of events with close friends and family. I wanted to help others that really didn’t want a typical ballroom wedding day.
This year Elite celebrates 10 years in business. I can proudly say I am still as excited about this entrepreneurial adventure as I was when I started Elite. I am most thankful for all the amazing couples who trusted my team and me over the years. I have had the privilege to work at so many unique venues in the Hudson Valley region.
Not only has my team become the go to experts for couples, we have established ourselves among our colleagues as the go to experts when they are seeking advice or expertise. We often share our insight and expertise with new and upcoming venues. This gives our clients the advantage of being the first to see new and upcoming venues before others.

What I Love Most.
When I’m not obsessing over something new to learn or working on a gorgeous wedding, I love to travel. My bucket list is long, and planning destination weddings has afforded me the ability to combine two things I love most: travel and planing weddings. I am not a fan of cold weather and find winters hard. As a result, I find my travels leading me to warm-weather destinations like Costa Rica, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. On cold days, I dream about lounging on the beach in tropical places!
