How far in advance should we plan our honeymoon?

There are discounts on rooms and airfare, free nights and bonus extras offered throughout the year. It’s usually a good idea to book your rooms and airfare at least 7 months ahead or more, depending upon the resort and room level you select. They book up fast! Sometimes as much as a year in advance. As soon as you have your dates selected you should contact us to find out about the best deals for those dates.

What’s included in a Sandals Honeymoon?

It’s all-inclusive and LUXURY! Can you envision having a personal butler, a private swimming pool outside your suite or a private villa? Sandals has it! It includes luxurious accommodations, all of your meals, top-shelf drinks, land and water sports, entertainment, golf and off-shore private islands (depending upon the location). Oh and did I mention TIPS, transfers and taxes are all included?

Are there certain times that are better to travel?

The rates change depending upon the demand for the resort and/or rooms and, of course, airfare prices. However, Sandals always has awesome deals available for every time of the year!

Is there a requirement on the amount of days that we have to stay in one location?

The minimum stay is typically 3 days. However, most couples stay at least 7 days or more. But you can stay as long as you would like! The best deals begin with a minimum of 6 nights.

How do we choose between the different Sandals locations?

We like to sit down with you and chat more about what you enjoy when vacationing so we can match you with the perfect destination. Sandals has small and large resorts, spas, tours, and some islands even have multiple resorts, which means you can stay at one and dine at (and enjoy) the other resorts as well.

Have you personally been to this resort before? (Which ones?)

As a Sandals Certified Specialist, Sandals offers FAM (familiarization) trips throughout the year so there is a possibility that if you are interested in a certain Sandals location I may have already been there and can give you some great tips and advice. Please contact us and we can discuss the resort you are interested in.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, when traveling outside the U.S. you are required to have a passport. This can take up to 12 weeks to process so you should apply as soon as possible if you don’t already have one.

How much is the deposit? And how are payments made?

A deposit of $49/pp is generally required at the time of booking but that can change depending on your booking and departure dates. Payments can be up to 45 days before your departure.
