Tuscan Full Moon Wedding at Crested Hen Farms

About the Wedding

Emma and Nic wanted to have a fun but sophisticated upstate barn wedding. They chose Crested Hen Farms for the setting. It offers a bit of a relaxed weekend feel and the ability to have a beautiful tent wedding.

When we started planning the wedding, Emma emphasized the importance of great food and a beautiful design. There were two elements we were focusing on with this design. One is the full moon, and the other a Tuscan feel. We wanted to incorporate some celestial aspects into the design because the wedding fell on a full moon. The Tuscan touches represented the groom being Italian. We could have easily incorporated some Italian foods into the menu, but the bride chose to stay with the Hudson Valley farm to table vibe. The focus was on making this a fun but sophisticated while staying true to the couple.

We loved every detail of this wedding. The custom stationery designed by Flyaway Paperworks to the fun lounge and dance set up in the barn it was genuinely personalized to the couple. Check out the full gallery below.
