Month Of – Wedding Coordination
Have you totally rocked this whole wedding planning thing?! You’ve thoughtfully planned out your details, already have your whole décor figured out, you have all of your wedding details appropriately listed to inform your guests on the wedding website that you built yourself, and you’re ready to just do this thing already. Does this sound like you?? Much praise to you – you amazing crafty chick!
But hey, why don’t you let us handle the details from here. You’ve worked long and hard on this wedding and you really need to be able to simply enjoy your day. That’s where we come in with our wedding coordination service.
With our “month of” wedding coordination service, we will meet you 4 – 6 weeks before your wedding to do a walk through at your venue and discuss how you see everything unfolding on your wedding day. In addition, we will give you our expert advice on any of the areas that you’re still needing help in. We will also make sure there are no details you might have overlooked. As we get closer to the wedding we will help you create a detailed timeline for your wedding day and review all of your current vendor contracts. Overall, with “month of” wedding coordination, we help you along the way in the month leading up to the wedding day.
What do we do on the wedding day? A lot! We actually start with the rehearsal walk through and take over from there. Our team will make sure that the wedding party and all staff know exactly what they’re supposed to be doing during your ceremony.
Then there will be at least 3 wedding planners (one lead wedding planner and two assistants) taking care of you on your wedding day. Depending on the size of your wedding, there could be more. We’ll set up your menus, programs, minor decor, and more. We’ll also be directing vendors and venue staff throughout the day, so you don’t have to be bothered with a single detail. You’ll just get to celebrate and we’ll take care of the rest.
