Blue Hill at Stone Barns
Blue Hill at Stone Barns hosts weddings for up to 260 people at their beautiful HayLoft wedding venue in Westchester County. If you host your wedding reception at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, you will also have access to their gorgeous outdoor wedding ceremony site. If one of your top priorities is mouthwatering farm-to-table food, you could hardly choose a better catering and event team. It’s hard to even book a restaurant reservation at one of their locations, so prepare for a few extra logistical challenges (don’t worry – we will help you!). Done well, this beautiful venue is well worth the effort.

Callicoon Hills
Callicoon Hills opened just over a year ago, and we can’t wait to plan incredible weddings on the property (the 2022 season is sold out and the 2023 season is booking quickly). Their stunning 1859 English Haypress Barn features a 40 ft ceiling and an open cupola to let the gorgeous starlight of the Catskills into your wedding reception. For our wedding ceremony at Callicoon Hills, they have a beautiful outdoor space next to a seasonal creek, so this wedding venue in the Catskills is only available from May – October.

This shiny new wedding venue in the Catskills has only been open for a month! That being said, the space is absolutely beautiful so we felt we wanted to include it in this list as we are sure it will quickly become one of the most popular wedding venues in the Catskills area. Built in 1880, this iconic Thompson House Resort has been family owned and operated since 2021 (when they were acquired by Windham hotels). There have been some renovations, but it’s still the same beauty in the Great Northern Catskills that it’s always been. With 20 acres and 4000 square feet of event space, the property can host weddings of over 200 guests.
